Great Maple Syrup - Beware Plastic Containers for Storage!4
Love this Grade B Maple Syrup, and though many use Grade B only for baking, we think it's awesome for waffles. My only complaint is that these big jugs tend to last a long time, but plastic containers are not good for long term storage. Be aware that maple syrup should be refrigerated to ensure freshness (even if the bottle hasn't been opened). Because plastic containers are porous, the refrigerator shelf life is usually around three to four months, whereas if you use a glass container, then the syrup will maintain quality for a year. Of course, Coombs and other syrup makers probably use plastic due to cost of the containers as well as shipping (glass weighs more and requires extra care when shipping), so if you need to store your syrup for longer than a few months, just buy a nice glass jar, and transfer your syrup into it for refrigeration! And if you bought the 2 pack of 32 ounce jugs, you can freeze the one indefinitely to maintain its freshness, while using the other.

Amazon Price Swing...up in 2 days!5
I placed this item in my cart two days ago for $35.00. Got busy and forgot to buy it. Now it is listed at $52! OUCH! What an upswing! Before buying this one check out the new Grade A Dark that has been listed, it is $35 still.
Good product, tasty!

Nothing Beats Pure Maple Syrup5
Truly there is nothing better than pure maple syrup on waffles, pancakes or for baking. This syrup has a deep rich color and the flavor is outstanding.
