delicious - hard to believe it's not really bad for you
i use it in all my raw prep deserts and loooooooove it on my pancakes, never go back to maple syrup after using this! i keep buying it and buying more.

Agave LOVE!
Agave is wonderful!
I recently made a batch of homemade chocolate chips using cane sugar. I USUALLY make them using agave. While the texture with the sugar was more chocolate chip-like, they tasted too rich without being too sweet and when I eat them, I can feel my blood sugars getting out of whack.
On the OTHER HAND, when I make them with agave, they are always perfectly sweet and they don't disrupt my blood sugar levels.
I liken using agave over sugar to buying really good liquor vs. the cheap stuff. They might actually taste fairly similar, but the good stuff leaves you feeling a little warm and languid while the bad stuff burns going down.
I just think that agave is a far superior way to sweeten things. So, my chocolate chips will just have to be more caramel-like because sugar's throwing my system off & agave actually makes me feel MORE in balance.
